Christoph Mathis is an entrepreneur, founder and visionary. He is a coach, mentor and trainer. And just as versatile are the methods he uses to lead companies and business leaders on the path to an agile organisation. Especially the development of an agile leadership culture together with senior management as an essential success factor for business agility is close to his heart.

Since 2001, he has been actively shaping the development of agility through the establishment of communities and conferences, as well as the further development of methods and frameworks. During this time, he has supported numerous large companies in German-speaking countries in their transformation towards business agility.

Christoph is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Agile Leader Instructor (CAL) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). He is the author of the book SAFe- The Scaled Agile Framework: Scaling Lean and Agile in Large Organisations.
