Margarete loves connecting people – whether in private or in business. In the early days of her professional life, she brought people of different languages and cultures together; in sales, she is concerned with something similar: the right “interpretation” of customers’ needs and clear communication.
What she particularly likes about her role as Key Account Manager at improuv is that she can live her customer relationships authentically. Trust, understanding and working in partnership are not just empty words, but are actually lived. In the change processes our customers go through, a lot of cooperation is needed – in addition to individual ideas and solutions, also the endurance of uncertainty, perseverance and confidence. Margarete can offer plenty of this and willingly shares it with customers and colleagues.
