Martin supports organisations on their individual path to business agility. He uses his many years of experience with the introduction of Scrum, Kanban or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). He looks forward to initiating and accompanying your Agile transition.

Martin learned about the benefits of Extreme Programming (XP) back in 2006.
For him, a continuous delivery pipeline is an important foundation to satisfy the customer through early and continuous value delivery. However, more is needed for a successful Agile transformation. A shared understanding of business management, organising around the value stream and a continuous focus on built-in quality are examples of building blocks for sustainable agility.

He is certified as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, 2008), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM, 2011), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, 2012), Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC, 2020) and Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE, 2020).
He enjoys giving talks at community events or conferences.
