Problem solver is Christoph’s dream job. Why? (Highly) complex and versatile environments excite him. He is convinced that many of the challenges surrounding digitalisation in our VUCA world can be successfully solved with agile methods. That’s why his goal is to provide clients with guidance on where, which and how to apply them in order to achieve their goals and to accompany them on the shared learning journey.

Christoph builds on more than 17 years of experience starting with small Lean Start-up/Scrum projects with only one team up to agile scaled large-scale projects according to SAFe with up to 20 teams. Insights into various industries (mechanical engineering, insurance, renewable energies, medical technology) help him to recognise and apply “best practices” across industries.

Christoph is a very experienced trainer who has already facilitated a large number of seminars on Lean-Agile Product Development, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Programme and Project Management.

He holds a total of 14 certifications (Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC), Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP), Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner, Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II), Professional Scrum Product Owner III (PSPO III), Nexus Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I)).

Christoph holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Wirtschaftsing. (FH) and holds an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
