Alexander is an agile coach, trainer, Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP-PO and CSP-SM) and Certified LeSS Practitioner®.
Coming from classical project management, his first contacts with agile product development came in 2008 with iterative development approaches as a Scrum Master. Since then, he has supported individuals, teams and companies – from start-ups to multinationals – who want to position their products successfully in close cooperation with their customers.
He loves to explore agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Large Scale Scrum and method-agnostic approaches with his clients and to consolidate them together – be it in the context of trainings or concrete hands-on support in everyday work. His focus is always on the needs and energies of his coachees. His work focuses on scaled organisational systems, agile product development and leadership coaching.
