Letzte Woche fand in Mayrhofen das jährliche Kanban Leadership Retreat statt, auf dem neben viel Austausch unter anderem auch die aktuellen Veränderungen bei der Lean Kanban University (LKU) diskutiert wurden.Die für viele vermutlich interessanteste Nachricht: Die LKU erweitert ihr Zertifizierungsprogramm um die offizielle Ernennung zum „Kanban Management Professional“ (KMP).
Wie fügt sich der KMP ins LKU Zertifizierungsprogramm ein?
Der KMP bildet zukünftig eine der Voraussetzung für die Zertifizierung zu den bereits etablierten Zertifikaten zum „Kanban Coaching Professional“ (KCP) und zum „Accredited Kanban Trainer“ (AKT).
Wie bekomme ich die Ernennung?
Voraussetzung für die Ernennung zum KMP sind die beiden jeweils 2-tägigen LKU-zertifizierten Trainings „Kanban Foundations I“ und „Kanban Foundations II“. Wer beide Kurse absolviert hat, erhält die Ernennung zum KMP automatisch. Das bisher angebotene Training „Kanban Foundations“ ist weitgehend identisch mit dem ersten Kurs und wird als „Kanban Foundations I“ anerkannt.
