Martin discovered the benefits of Extreme Programming (XP) as early as 2006. A continuous delivery pipeline is, for him, a key foundation for satisfying customers through early and continuous delivery of value. However, a successful agile transformation requires more than that. A shared understanding of business fundamentals, organizing around the value stream, and maintaining a continuous focus on built-in quality are examples of essential building blocks for sustainable agility.
He is certified as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, 2008), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM, 2011), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, 2012), Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC, 2020), and Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE, 2020).
