Tina Rieger brings together a broad network of experience and knowledge that she draws upon in her work with organizations and teams. It is important to her to meet teams and leaders where they are and to develop tailored solutions together with them. This begins with getting to know the company and its people, making both challenges and existing effective practices transparent, and creating focus.
For Tina, healthy change means individual support. Only when agile practices fit the specific needs and context of the organization are teams and companies well positioned — methodically, personally, and entrepreneurially.
Tina was a competitive athlete and fencing coach.
She looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience. She worked as a controller with a strong project focus in a private bank and later moved into the M&A field, preferably in consulting and team-supporting roles. Today, she works with enthusiasm as an Agile Coach and Trainer. She is also a certified systemic coach and has studied team dynamics and communication in depth, which she actively integrates into her work.
Tina holds a BBA in Management and Finance (Steinbeis University), is a certified Business Coach and Trainer (TÜV), and has completed a one-year training program in Nonviolent Communication.
