Heiko Stapf

Agile product development is Heiko’s passion: as a Certified Scrum Trainer, he shares his knowledge and experience with Product Owners. As a consultant, he supports organizations in building effective product organizations and developing great products.

Heiko has been working with Scrum since 2007 and focused early on product-related topics. He spent many years as a Product Owner and Product Manager in various projects and domains, including water quality measurement systems, traffic management systems, energy data systems, smart home solutions, and edutainment apps.

For several years, Heiko has also been involved with startups through the Cyber Lab Accelerator in Karlsruhe, offering workshops and mentoring.

Heiko is the founder and managing director of the agile management consultancy Emendare GmbH & Co. KG and the user experience agency Cyber Manufaktur GmbH.
