Dieter Eschlbeck supports everyone involved in product development with experience and empathy. Active as a trainer and coach since 1994, he works in both digital and physical product development. His focus is on bringing people together — no matter how different their perspectives or starting points may be. Only when the emotional foundation is right do changes in methods, processes, and role understanding become truly effective.
In addition to his certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Kanban Management Professional, Dieter applies the mindset of mediation. He works with Design Thinking and designs impactful workshop formats to initiate change. His experience from over 1,000 training days with several thousand participants flows into his daily work with teams and coachees — and vice versa.
