Problem solver — that’s Christoph’s dream job. Why? Because he’s drawn to (highly) complex and diverse environments. He is convinced that many of the challenges around digitalization in our VUCA world can be successfully addressed using agile methods. His goal is therefore to provide clients with guidance on where, which, and how these methods should be applied to achieve their objectives — and to accompany them on their shared learning journey.

Christoph draws on more than 17 years of experience, ranging from small Lean Start-up/Scrum projects with a single team to large-scale agile programs following SAFe, involving up to 20 teams. His insights across various industries — including mechanical engineering, insurance, renewable energy, and medical technology — enable him to identify and apply “best practices” across domains.

Christoph is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator, having conducted numerous seminars on Lean-Agile Product Development, Scrum, Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), as well as program and project management.

He holds a total of 14 certifications, including:
