Zoi Natsiopoulou

As a Scrum Master and business psychologist, Zoi supports teams in developing their skills on an individual and team level. She creates a safe, value-oriented framework in which exchange, experimentation and learning are possible. From her point of view, self-organised learning is the most important prerequisite for delivery capability and effectiveness, not to mention employee satisfaction.

Due to her many years of experience in channel management and her studies in business psychology, she brings both economic and psychological knowledge into her work and can mediate between the different perspectives. Personally, she finds the interdisciplinary exchange in the agile community particularly exciting and likes to bring the psychological perspective into the discussion. One of her main interests is the target management system of objectives and key results - and how OKRs can contribute to alignment and focus in agile organizations.

Zoi is Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Leader (CAL 1) and has completed the Kanban System Design (KMP I). Her work as a business psychologist (B.Sc.) focuses on psychological conversation, aptitude diagnostics as well as motivation and learning.

Ohne Lernen neigen Organisationen dazu, Bewährtes zu wiederholen und nur oberflächliche und kurzfristige Verbesserungen zu erzielen. Diese kurzfristigen Anpassungen sind nicht ausreichend, um für die komplexen Herausforderungen der Zukunft gewappnet zu sein.

Für uns als Unternehmensberatung ist organisationales Lernen Teil unserer Dienstleistung und gleichzeitig ein Unternehmenswert, eine gemeinsame, verbindende Haltung. Leider ist das Konstrukt Lernende Organisation sperrig und wird als wenig praxisrelevant empfunden.
