Laura Bidrman is a Scrum Master and Occupational Psychologist. As a team coach it is important to her to accompany teams on their learning journey with training and coaching. By strengthening the individual team members, she helps the entire team to become more effective. Her approach is to create a healthy working environment and to use the principles of mindfulness. Through her personal and professional experience with different cultures, she has a special feel for cultural differences and knows how to use them profitably in a team context.

Laura is Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Certified Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Leader (CAL I), and holds a degree in Occupational Psychology (MSc) from Goldsmiths, University of London. She has also completed Kanban System Design (KMP I).

Nadine Bleck is a bank clerk and has worked in various areas such as private and corporate client consulting. Since August 2018 she has been supporting us in sales and in the back office, among other things in the organisation and administration of in-house trainings. Her team spirit, customer satisfaction and continuous learning are particularly important to her. Nadine is Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

What does a company want to achieve with an agile transformation? A common target to focus on and to create alignment on the one hand - the view on the system to capture the totality on the other. For Hedi Buchner, these are the two relevant cornerstones that need to be considered in order to successfully develop an organization towards business agility. This determines which interventions are meaningful and can bring about change. In order to actively shape change, she works at all levels - personally, with teams and at management level.

Hedi is Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (M.A.) and Computer Science (Diploma).

As an experienced trainer and coach, Sabine understands agility as a way of thinking that enables adaptation and thus survival in an increasingly complex world. She has more than 20 years of experience as an internal and external Agile Consultant, Coach and Trainer for medium-sized and large companies. She has gathered many ideas and experiences to lead the cultural change to self-organization. She works primarily with emotional, social and systemic intelligence to drive this change in organizations. As a coach, she always orients herself towards the orientation of her clients and also works specifically with executives. Sabine wishes to be able to make a contribution to a more human (working) world with her expertise.

Sabine is Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Agile Leader Educator (CALE).

Jens Coldewey is an agile coach and trainer and has been involved with agility for over 20 years. He was a member of the Agile Alliance Board of Directors in 2003 and is now a member of the Agile Alliance Supporting Agile Adoption Initiative. Since 2008 he is Senior Consultant of the Agile Product & Project Management Group of the Cutter Consortium, Boston, USA.

In addition to working on the further development of agile methods, he has also supported and advised numerous companies of all sizes in their transformation towards business agility. His focus is now on the close cooperation and coaching of all management levels of organizations to work out and constantly sharpen the goals of an agile transformation, to jointly create necessary boundary conditions and to start initiatives.

As Key Account Manager Margarete Cyll is responsible for sales, business development and strategic cooperations. She has 13 years of experience in sales and account management in the software industry. In the course of her work for software and engineering service providers in the automotive industry, she has come into contact with agile projects and topics such as new work. Her motivation to think outside the box and strong willingness to learn how to set up and successfully implement agile projects led her to improuv. She joined our team in August 2019. Straightforward communication, trust and team spirit are particularly important to her.

Margarete Cyll is Key Account Manager at improuv, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and is currently studying psychology at the Fernuniversität Hagen.

Stuart works with management and teams to develop their organizations and themselves to achieve their agile goals and become fit for the future. In recent years, he has helped many companies introduce SAFe and specialized in coaching executives.

Sebastian Heglmeier is Agile Coach and Trainer. Sebastian is an enthusiast who loves working with teams and inspires his surroundings with his unconventional ideas. Out of the box thinking combined with deep experience in agile methods and coaching provides him with a never ending toolbox for working with people and organisations. With his background as a software engineer and his experience as trainer for Certified Scrum Developer trainings he knows how to help teams to develop high quality and flexible software. Yet his main focus is on the customer and the value stream: build the right product by implementing short feedback cycles between Product Owner, teams and customers and establish an organisation along the value stream.

Her goal is to enable teams and organizations to conduct small experiments, learn and develop solutions. She pursues a collaborative and solution-oriented approach with a strong coaching focus. She always has the whole system and the value chain as a whole in mind in order to develop sustainable and meaningful improvements. Stefanie is also engaged in Agile HR.

With her many years of experience in large companies, in the service sector and her degree in business administration, Stefanie always has an economic perspective. She acts as a multiplier in the companies and also accompanies the changes on a strategic level in order to bring agility successfully to the next level.

As Head of Marketing, Sigrid Hoffer-Wehselau is responsible for strategic marketing development, corporate branding, communication and the planning of all marketing activities. She is interested in future-oriented topics, in particular digital transformation and agile approaches.

She has many years of marketing experience with large and medium-sized customers, expert knowledge in account based marketing and project management. Sigrid is Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

 

Smaranda Keller is an agile coach and consultant for transformation processes. She combines her many years of management experience in international IT and consulting companies with methods from systemic coaching and agile working methods.

Smaranda accompanies organizations, teams and executives in the design of transformation processes on their way to an agile working culture. Her motivation lies in increasing the innovative power in organizations and expanding the action competencies of executives and employees. Her aim is to open up spaces of opportunity that lead to co-creative results and to create a working environment in which people feel comfortable and can contribute their competences. She uses the methods of SAFe and other agile frameworks to develop organizations in the direction of value driven organisations.

Smaranda is a Systemic Coach and Consultant, Certified Agile Leader (CAL1), Certified Scrum Master (PSM1, CMS), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

Stefan Knecht coaches, trains and implements pragmatic methods towards agile organizational development. To realize Business Agility, he leverages his broad industry experience in product- and platform development as a trained cognitive and organizational psychologist. He led innovation and next gen programs in large corporations, co-founded a venture financed start-up, and accompanied several start-ups. Stefan drives lively, collaborative face-to-face sessions and likes to extend into Wikis as an effective channel for transparent ongoing communication.

Stefan is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Leader (CAL I), passed Kanban System Level and was a Management 3.0 Trainer when it was hot. Markus Langenegger is passionate about advising companies on how to build unique products. Through his many years of experience in international companies in a wide variety of industries, he has developed two key areas: as an organizational developer, he introduces agility on a value stream level. As an architect and coach for agile development and Dev-Ops, he also brings with him the practical know-how to make Value Stream organizations deliverable.

Christoph Mathis is an entrepreneur, founder, visionary. He is a coach, mentor and trainer. And just as versatile are the methods he uses to guide companies and business leaders on their way to an agile organization. Especially the development of an agile leadership culture together with senior management as an essential success factor for business agility is close to his heart.

Since 2001 he has been actively involved in the development of agility through the establishment of communities and conferences, as well as the further development of methods and frameworks. During this time, he has supported numerous large companies in German-speaking countries in their transformation towards business agility.

As a Scrum Master and business psychologist, Zoi supports teams in developing their skills on an individual and team level. She creates a safe, value-oriented framework in which exchange, experimentation and learning are possible. From her point of view, self-organised learning is the most important prerequisite for delivery capability and effectiveness, not to mention employee satisfaction.

Due to her many years of experience in channel management and her studies in business psychology, she brings both economic and psychological knowledge into her work and can mediate between the different perspectives. Personally, she finds the interdisciplinary exchange in the agile community particularly exciting and likes to bring the psychological perspective into the discussion. One of her main interests is the target management system of objectives and key results - and how OKRs can contribute to alignment and focus in agile organizations.

Zoi is Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Leader (CAL 1) and has completed the Kanban System Design (KMP I). Her work as a business psychologist (B.Sc.) focuses on psychological conversation, aptitude diagnostics as well as motivation and learning.

Taghi Paksima is an Agile coach and trainer. He has valuable experience in improving IT and technology with agile concepts - from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. In recent years, Taghi has helped several companies implement SAFe and coached companies in their agile transformation.

Tina Rieger is an agile coach and trainer. She has a network of broad experience and knowledge that she likes to draw on when working with companies and teams. In her work as an Agile Trainer & Coach, Alisa attaches great importance to working at eye level with everyone involved.
