He moved from the Orient to the Occident when he was 3 years old, knows the most diverse cultures and connects them. Ugur uses three things in particular to do this: his systemic view, his desire to learn and his ability to promote the further development of teams and products through continuous feedback.
For him, every voice contributes to success – from individual team members to the management board. Because for him communication is the basis of agility.
