Stuart is an enterprise coach and trainer with over 20 years experience focusing on supporting personal and organisational growth. Stuart has been in the CEO role for a digital service company in Finland, CEO of a small start-up in Jackson Hole, USA, and has been “deep in the trenches” helping organisations deliver value, filling roles as team coach, organisational coach, product owner, business owner and subject matter expert. In terms of “ownership”, his time as start-up CEO and founder, spending his own money, helped him learn very quickly (the hard way) what is means to maximize value outcome and deliver true MVPs.

Stuart´s rich personal Lean-Agile experience has shaped his coaching and training Lean-Agile mindset, and this enables him to help customers make the connection between theory and practice – with reaching their own goals as the focus. Along with other certifications, Stuart is a Certified Enterprise Coach (Scrum Alliance), Certified Systemic Business Coach (DVCT) and Certified Leadership Agility Coach.
