As an experienced trainer and coach, Sabine understands agility as a way of thinking that enables adaptation and thus survival in an increasingly complex world. From her more than 20 years of activity as an internal and external agile consultant, coach and trainer for medium-sized and large companies, she has gathered a lot of ideas and experience to lead the cultural change towards self-organization. Above all, she works with emotional, social and system intelligence to drive this change in organizations. As a coach, she always aligns herself with the direction of her customers and also works specifically with executives. Sabine would like to be able to contribute to a more humane (working) world with her expertise.
Sabine is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Agile Leadership Educator (CALE).
