Jens Coldewey is an Agile coach and trainer and has been involved with Agile for over 20 years. Already in 2003 he was a board member of the Agile Alliance, today he is a member of the “Supporting Agile Adoption Initiative” of the Agile Alliance. Since 2008, he has been a senior consultant with the Agile Product & Project Management Group of the Cutter Consortium, Boston, USA.

In addition to contributing to the further development of agile methods, he has also accompanied and advised numerous companies of various sizes in their transformation towards business agility. In the meantime, his focus is on close cooperation and coaching of all management levels of organisations in order to lead an agile transformation and to constantly work out and sharpen its goals. For this, necessary framework conditions must be created together and initiatives must be launched.

Jens is, among other roles, a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) and Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP).
