Jan loves to think through complex systems and make them digestible. As a trained mediator, he has a keen eye for team and client dynamics, as well as overt and covert conflicts, and usually has ideas on how to address them (i.e. especially how the stakeholders themselves can find a solution together). He finds a lot of joy in thinking in ecosystems and business models. One of his approaches is: If everyone does everything themselves, that is usually not the most effective and efficient way to reach the goal – Linking brains is the real art.
